Founded over more than 30 years, Mine Frais strives for highest standards in food quality. We ensure our product excels in freshness,quality and consistency. We started in noodles making with only 2 people and today we have a team of 10 people working with us. We belive we have been able to reach this point through the desire and passion to provide everyone in Mauritius the authentic taste of Chinese noodles. Our belief that “Mine frais will be accepted by everyone as long as they are best in quality “ is constantly being confirmed. We are able to manufacture fresh noodles that meet the various needs and expectations of our customers. Today,Mine Frais continues the tradition of noodle making.
